HIPAA Compliance: We store and process PHI in accordance with HIPAA requirements. No Third-Party Cloud Storage: We do not store data on AWS, Google Cloud, or other third-party cloud providers. Data Deletion: User data is immediately deleted upon account closure, unless legally required to retain it.


6. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

All legal disputes must be resolved exclusively through arbitration. The user is responsible for all arbitration costs, including legal fees. Arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules. By using our Services, you waive your right to participate in class-action lawsuits or jury trials against Elevate Wellness Automation LLC.


7. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our Services. Elevate Wellness Automation LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the user in the three months preceding the claim.
